When you buy a home from Keystone American Homes, if at any time we adjust the price of your home lower, we will write you a check for the difference between the price you recieved at the time of your purchase and the price we close at on any future home in the same community of the same floor plan and elevation.

This agreement will be honored even if you've already closed escrow.

This commitment will remain in place as long as Keystone American Homes is building new homes in your community, which is typically two to three years.
