Hello I'm Steve Bitler, Presdent of Keystone American Homes. Our motto, “Where it’s good to be home” is more than just words. We feel this phrase sums up an emotion that is only evoked if our homeowners truly feel they were treated right in the new home purchase process. They must feel that their home and community were designed and built with a dedication to providing a quality of life second to none.
Launched in September 2005, Keystone American Homes’ “family- like” approach to the business postures us to work with all our homeowners to make this most important purchase as stress-free as possible. We know not all folks are fully knowledgeable with the building process. Therefore, through our “build-your-home” program we educate the homeowner, with both written material and site visits of their home, on the various steps each home goes through in its construction life. This process affords the Keystone American Homes team an opportunity to better ensure the new homeowner’s family that they are truly moving into a quality home. Our report card doesn’t end with the home closing, our customer service after the homeowner moves in is a grade we feel is even more important. A computerized tracking system ensures we haven’t “lost” anyone’s input and follow-up is made until our obligation to the homeowner is met.
Always looking to improve…even though our five person senior management team has well over 100 years of experience in construction, home building, and leadership, we are continuously looking at better and more efficient ways to operate in this very competitive marketplace. Our atmosphere of continuous improvement breeds a focus in the company to build a better home, design amenity rich communities and deliver top notch customer service.
